What kind of actor do you aspire to be?

I want to do Film, Theatre and TV at a high standard, for a long time and be respected for my craft whilst doing it.

What performance piece did you choose for the showcase and why?
I chose a speech from the 1976 film ‘Network’ which was also made a play at the National Theatre. The speech felt very relevant, as soon as I read it I knew it would be a great choice. It almost selected itself

What book, theatre, film or TV production has most inspired you?

I think it’s a toss up between ‘Luther’ and ‘Breaking Bad’, both had excellent performances and really made me want to be better at what I do. Also Idris Elba being an actor from East London (which is also my neck of the woods) is very inspiring.

How have you been keeping creative during lockdown?

Well there hasn’t really been much to do creatively for me exactly, but I’ve taken this lockdown as an opportunity to watch quite a few classic films that I’ve unintentionally avoided
