What kind of actor do you aspire to be?

I love classical theatre – it has stood the test of time for a reason and will be back!

What performance piece did you choose for the showcase and why?
My piece is from ‘Truly Madly Deeply’ by Anthony Minghella. I love all Minghella’s work but particularly this film because of the simplicity with which it conveys a very pure love and then the pain of losing that love.

What book, theatre, film or TV production has most inspired you?

‘Wuthering Heights’ by Emily Bronte. I have gone back to it a million times as I think it captures something so raw and transcendent about the human experience.

How have you been keeping creative during lockdown?

My wonderful voice teacher from Drama Centre, Janis Price, created a group where we would meet on Zoom and read Shakespeare plays and poetry together! I also got involved with the Jermyn Street Theatre’s Sonnet Project and their play reading nights.
